Welcome New Provider Relations Specialist
Jacob Marchi has been handling injury claims as an insurance adjuster for five years, most of which has been in handling Workers’ Compensation claims in Montana. Recently, Jacob has moved into the role of Provider Relations Specialist with Montana State Fund.
In this role, Jacob is working to provide valuable guidance to the medical community in navigating the Workers’ Compensation system in Montana. Also, Jacob strives to better understand the providers’ perspective and bring this back to Montana State Fund, in an attempt to bridge the gap of understanding and communication between the two.
This enhanced understanding and improved communication will benefit providers, Montana State Fund, and most importantly, the injured worker.
