Bill Status For bill status please call ACS at 1-888-208-2116. If possible, please allow 30 days before calling as processing may take up to 30 days.
Requests for Reconsideration When you are requesting a reconsideration or re-evaluation of a bill that has been previously processed, you will need to submit a copy of the bill, the EOR and any documentation to support the charges and mail to:
