Supplies and equipment that are supplied in the clinic setting may be billed with the appropriate HCPCS code (an unlisted code should not be used unless there is not a more appropriate code) and will be reimbursed per the Montana Non-Facility Fee Schedule (MNFS). For those items that are not available in the clinic, and are prescribed by a provider in the clinic, Montana State Fund utilizes a PPO network that must be used by injured employees covered through MSF.
