Strike A Healthy Work Life Balance: December Safety Workshop

The holiday season can add an extra layer of stress to our lives, but it can also serve as a time of reflection to start anew. Join Montana State Fund at our December safety workshop as we present Strike a Healthy Work Life Balance. The half day training will provide you with the tools and ideas you need to help your employees work hard, be safe and head home stress free in the coming year.

Topics include:
Stress Rx: Stress can affect us in many areas of our lives. It can adversely affect our health, our personal relationships and our work product. The question is, how do we juggle all of these day to day stresses? In this session we will discuss how we as individuals and organizations can help employees safely cope with stress and bring balance to their lives.

Stay-At-Work/Return-To-Work (SAW/RTW) Is Good Medicine: Studies show that SAW/RTW programs help injured employees heal more quickly and completely and reduce depression and alleviate emotional stress. In addition, most employees look forward to adding to the productivity of the company through transitional duties, and welcome the chance to be back alongside their friends and co-workers as soon as is medically appropriate. In this session we will give you the support you need to plan, execute and manage a successful SAW/RTW program at your company that will benefit all your employees.
