Provider Based Clinic Visits Guidance/Clarification

MSF will begin following the Guidance/Clarification notification that Department of Labor & Industry (DLI) published on February 24, 2016. This additional guidance was effective January 21, 2016, but MSF will begin using it effective as of July 1, 2016. This rule has actually been part of the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) since July 1, 2013.
