NAKED WITHOUT IT SWEEPSTAKES RULES

  1. Prizes
    Prizes consist of 110 Safety Kits that each include the following: first aid kit, travel blanket, band aids, lip balm, 52-deck playing cards, key chain and sticker, kits valued at $56.18 each; and five Grand Prizes of an Apple 10th-generation, 64GB Wi-Fi iPad valued at $599 each, with custom protective sleeve valued at $55.95 each.

    Montana State Fund reserves the right to change or replace a prize at any time with one of equal or greater value. A prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, local or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of a prize.

  2. How to enter
    The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Montana. Participants must be aged 18 or older, except with consent of a parent or guardian. No purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Montana State Fund will not share your contact information with third parties.

    To participate, either:
    a. Complete the online entry form at visit https://www.safemt.com/naked-without-it/sweepstakes-2023, OR
    b. Submit your entry via email to msf@partnerscreative.com. 

  3. Selection of winners
    The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. MDT on August 28 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MDT on November 12, 2023. Winners will be selected weekly by random drawing from the entries received that week. Entries must be received by Montana State Fund no later than 11:59 p.m. MDT of a drawing deadline to be included in that week’s drawing. Drawing deadlines are September 3, 10, 17 and 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29; and November 5 and 12.

    Participants are limited to one entry per person, per week. All entries received for the Sweepstakes weekly drawings will be included in the Grand Prize drawing. The Grand Prize winners will be selected by random drawing the week of November 20, 2023.

  4. The “Fine” Print and other legal stuff
    All random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of PartnersCreative, Inc., whose decisions are final. Prize winners will be notified by email and will be required to complete and return an Eligibility Certification and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) within 10 days of date printed on the notification. If a Release is not timely returned or is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.

    Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted. By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to Montana State Fund and those acting pursuant to a grant of authority by Montana State Fund the absolute and unconditional right of publicity, including but not limited to the right to use and publish winner’s name, hometown, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notification, review or approval.

    By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules, including all eligibility requirements; and by the decisions of Montana State Fund and PartnersCreative, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Montana State Fund reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds: (1) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (2) to be acting in violation of these rules; or (3) to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

    Participants release Montana State Fund and all other persons involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to Participants’ participation, acceptance and use of prize. Participants acknowledge that Montana State Fund and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. Participants assume all risks associated with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes, whether such risks are known or unknown, anticipated or not anticipated.

    The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is governed by Montana law. Any litigation concerning the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the First Judicial District in and for the County of Lewis and Clark, State of Montana, and each party shall pay its own costs and attorney fees.

    Montana State Fund reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Montana State Fund.

    Employees of Montana State Fund and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
