Hold the Sticky Notes and Highlighters

In order to get your bills processed in a more timely manner, we ask that you refrain from using sticky notes and/or the use of highlighters to draw attention to a particular issue on a bill. Both of these methods interfere with our bill scanning processing. The use of sticky notes and highlighters either cover up information or black it out.
As an alternative we ask that you use a black or blue pen and circle, or draw an arrow or star “*” to highlight the information that you want noted. Also please do not use red ink or pencil it “disappears” in the scanning process.
