Evaluation & Management – MSF will begin an audit process looking at Evaluation and Management services. If aberrances are identified within this process, MSF will be reaching out to providers with findings for input or possible corrective action.

If you are getting denials and disagree with a determination, you can submit a request for reconsideration and any supplemental information to ACS for review. These requests can be sent to the regular MSF address. You can also contact ACS at the 1-888-208-2116 number.
