At Montana State Fund, we value the relationship with our customers and want those critical touchpoints with you to deliver the highest value to you and your business needs.

Over the past year, MSF has embarked on replacing our current policy and billing management system which has been in place since 1997.

We are working with HCL Technologies to implement the Guidewire Software solution. Guidewire is a leading edge provider of property and casualty software with more than 400 implementations completed or in progress with 300 insurers in 30 countries.

In 2006, HCL Technologies put Guidewire’s Claim Center in place here at MSF so we have already established a positive working relationship with both companies.

The new policy and billing system is going to offer many opportunities for us to interact with you in new and modern ways. You will have the ability to submit correspondence electronically, make online changes to your policy, will be able to view billing information such as your payment history, current balance and continue the current functionality of making an online payment.

As we design the new system, we are also stepping back and evaluating some of our current business processes and looking for opportunities to make doing business with us easier. As we learn more about this modern technology, we are excited about the different ways in which we can conduct business and serve Montana businesses.

The policy and billing replacement project is a multi-year effort that will be implemented in phases. As we progress through the process, we will continue to update you on new tools and features that will be available to you through this new system.
