Safety: The Art of Speaking and Listening: Upcoming Safety Workshops

Safety workshopsGive your employees and yourself the gift of safety this December by attending a Montana State Fund safety workshop.

Topics include:

Leading People-Based Safety (PBS) – A major concept of People-Based Safety is instilling in your employees a self-directed type of motivation to work safely.  In this final session of our PBS curriculum we will discuss how leaders can be found at all levels of your organization, and how a good leader can help workers around them become more self-directed.  In addition, we will review other PBS concepts we discussed earlier this year.

Improving Communications – Communication is so important to your business; it can literally be the difference of being successful or not.  As People-Based Safety states, the most important type of communication is interpersonal conversations.  We will discuss PBS concepts you can use to improve the quality of your conversations.

Hearing Conservation – Protecting your employees hearing is a major concern for many of us.  During this session, we will breakdown the function of your hearing process, the OSHA exposure levels and what is involved in a hearing conservation program.
