If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you need Montana State Fund’s WorkSafe Champions program.

WorkSafe Champions is a free safety education program for select Montana State Fund policyholders. The program gives participants the knowledge and tools to analyze their organizational weaknesses and develop a plan to make positive, lasting changes. By implementing the program elements, participants will achieve the goal of reducing workplace accidents by developing a positive safety culture within their organization.

Program Requirements

Participants are responsible for using the knowledge gained through this program to:

  • Complete an assessment of their organization’s management of workplace safety
  • Develop an action plan to address workplace safety deficiencies
  • Make progress on addressing these deficiencies in their organization
