Packaging a Successful Safety Program: Upcoming Safety Workshops

safetyworkshopIt’s that time of the year when we all start to give and receive holiday gift packages. At Montana State Fund we too want to give you a package – that is, a package of safety. Join MSF’s Safety Services Team in December when they present our free safety workshop, Packaging a Successful Safety Program.

Topics include: Creating Your Safety Program/Culture – Part Three – In parts one and two of our three part series on creating a safety program, we discussed where to start and how to develop and implement an effective safety program/culture for your business. In our third and final session, we’ll give you the tools and ideas you need to maintain and improve upon your program for the future.

Managing Workers’ Compensation Claims – Even with the best safety and health culture at your business, an occasional injury can happen. In this session we’ll discuss what an employer can do to understand the workers’ compensation claim process, ways to take care of and communicate with injured workers, and how to limit the effect of an injury on a company’s workers’ compensation insurance premium.
